Premium shipping is FREE across the U.K. for orders over 50 GBP (Including taxes) and takes  5 - 12 business days. For orders under 50 GBP , varied shipping rates apply.International shipping costs depend on the destination. You will also need to pay any duties or import tariff fees when your package is ready for pickup or at delivery–these fees are not included in our prices or the shipping costs.

We do not process or ship items during weekends or holidays.We process orders as fast as we can and process most orders in 1-5 business days. Tracked Standard shipping times are 5-9 business days after it has been processed. and Standard shipping times are 8-12 business days after it has been processed

Because we ship orders as fast as possible, we have very limited time to cancel orders. We ask that you reach out to us at support@mycosmeticslondon.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant information. We can only help as long as your item has not been processed to ship or has shipped.Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed.

We do ship internationally! However, not all items may be shipped to all countries.Please also check your country's regulations regarding receiving overseas liquid items, as they may confiscate the package upon learning its contents.
